Capture the day without missing the point.

Professional photography for conferences, launches, awards, festivals, performances, charity events and public events across Perthshire and Central Scotland.

Photography that works after the event.

A strong event gallery gives you more than a record of the day. It gives you images for press releases, social media, future promotion, sponsor reports, websites, brochures and funding updates.

LightPress works around your event rather than interrupting it, capturing natural images of guests, speakers, performers, organisers, details and atmosphere. Where useful and appropriate, drone photography can also be included to show the scale, setting and wider context of the event.

What we cover.

Event photography for public, private, corporate and community events that need useful images afterwards.

Conferences and business events

Speakers, panels, networking, audience reactions, branding, venue details and key moments that show the value of the event.

Awards and launches

Coverage of presentations, winners, guests, sponsors, speeches and the atmosphere around a major announcement or celebration.

Festivals and public events

Crowds, performances, activities, traders, volunteers, families and the small moments that show the event in full.

Charity and community events

Warm, natural photography that captures participation, support, impact and the people behind the project.

Performances and live events

Stage photography, audience atmosphere, backstage moments and promotional images for future use.

Drone event photography

Aerial images showing scale, location, crowds, event layout and setting, where conditions and permissions allow.

Planned, professional and unobtrusive.

The best event photography comes from understanding the programme before the day begins. Before the event, we agree the key moments, people, sponsors, branding and any must-have shots.

On the day, we work quietly and efficiently, adapting as the event unfolds while making sure the important images are covered.

CAPTURING Key moments

Speeches, presentations, performances, prize giving and formal parts of the programme.

People and atmosphere

Guests, organisers, volunteers, speakers and the candid moments that make the event feel alive.

Sponsors and branding

Images that show signage, partners, banners, displays and the organisations supporting the event

OUTDOOR EVENT

Wondrous Woods

Event photography for Wondrous Wood, an outdoor light trail with challenging low-light conditions and fast-changing scenes. The final images captured the colour, atmosphere and scale of the event, giving the organisers a strong set of promotional photographs for future marketing, press and social media.

INDOOR EVENT

NATIONAL MUSEUM GALA

Photography for a National Museum gala attended by guests from the USA, covering an evening of dining, live entertainment and celebration. The images captured guest interaction, performances, venue atmosphere and the impact of the indoor firework display.

From programme to gallery.

A straightforward process that helps the photography support the purpose of the event.

01

Share the event details

We discuss the venue, timings, programme, key people and what the photographs will be used for.

02

Agree the shot list

We identify essential images, including speakers, sponsors, activities, guests, signage and any formal group shots.

03

Photography takes place

We cover the event naturally and professionally, without getting in the way of guests, staff or performers.

04

Images are delivered

You receive a carefully edited gallery in high-resolution and web-ready formats.

Useful images for more than one day.

Event photography can support immediate promotion and future campaigns. The same set of images can help with press coverage, sponsor reporting, funding updates and publicity for the next event.

Where needed, photography can also be planned alongside video, social content and printed materials.
